My nose and cheeks are sunburnt. It was 23° yesterday in Torcross. I had factor 50 on and still caught it.

FFS bloody kids!
Just found out I have a 3 year old grandson. I have seen the kid loads of time, he lives with his grandparents as mum is a looser, they live next door to my son. Father on birth certificate demanded a DNA and failed, so 4 others were tested. Guess who hit the jackpot. No wonder his grandparents acted funnily in the pub a few weeks ago when they discovered who we actually were!

Last day of my Devon holiday.
And this morning I was awoken at 6am by someone banging on the front door. I thought perhaps a neighbour so when it didn't stop I went downstairs. There was Bob the herring gull who has been sitting in the garden all week and eating scraps knocking loudly on the front door with his beak demanding a snack. Cheeky bird.
