Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
After dropping my newly aquired security T25 bit in amongst the engine somewhere today (see Gripe of the day thread) I fashioned a new tool to keep handy in the garage that helped me fish around in all the cracks, crevices and out of sight areas in the engine until it found the bit. A simple coat hanger and a magnet from a bicycle wheel sensor clamped on to it. Nice and easy to hang up too as it has a coat hanger hook on one end, or a magnet to stick to a metal tool rail on the other : )

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Glad I found it as the torx bit was hidden out of view in a recess above the front sprocket. If I'd given up and just ridden it it may have fallen into the chain while riding and possibly jammed into it causing trouble!

Adam, nice idea. I might have to make one of those. I have plenty of wheel magnets kicking around.
Glad you found it. |

Just as much fun to ride as my VFR. Two wheels beat four any day.
