I have a Giant (like the bikes) branded torque wrench which is a great quality bit of kit. All the lads I ride with have them, no one has fecked a carbon frame or had bits rattle loose, so recommended.

the show was better than a couple of years ago... there were some new bike exhibitors, canyon, stevens, vitus amongst others. Marin had a stand but no specialized. There wasn't any electric bike presence but a couple of things caught the eye. A shaft driven bike range from http://www.dynamicbicycles.com
Their folding bike was very well priced and looked ok. They had a road and touring versions. Lots of carbon floating around. Mizuno breath thermo demo was very impressive. Nice to chat to some smaller british companies. The stunt demo shows were entertaining. Not much to buy unless you fancied a new ££££ bike a few bits of clothing, food supplements. A fun day out and lots of free beer for future reference you could upgrade your mcn ticket to the bike/outdoor show for £10

Is anybody interested in riding the Puncheur sportive ( http://puncheur.co.uk ) as I'm not sure if I can make it now and I bought one of the last places available.

Pretty sure they're transferrable but can check - I paid £28 and willing to take a decent offer - ride is Sunday March 2nd

As in another thread, I had a bunch of VIP free parking and free entry to both shows but never got used. I did try to give them away but seemed not much interest. Shame.
