People who cook on the highest gas setting (when a gentle simmer will do) & expect me to clean the cooker hob after its boiled over.

Yikes, just caught up on the gripes I missed. I'm pretty sure you win for now Bill! Least there is now some positive news to it too rather than just the worry.
My dad had cataract surgery last year and I was amazed how "simple" it was, don't think he even stayed in hospital overnight. Recovered really quickly (a week or so I think, which I thought was amazing) too.

Having to go into hospital to have 2 rodent ulcers (skin cancer) removed. Will require a skin graft to my nose afterwards.
