Report it to the building management where it's parking

Unfortunately it's on a public road.

A nice little note saying you have informed the local pc that for X amount of days you parked in a charge point in a fully petrol car,

I reported a bloke at work ok he is 60 he parks daily in a disabled space and goes about his job, he displays a badge problem is it's his wife so I asked him nicely about it and I got
It's my right as a badge holder to use it, I explained no only when ur wife's in the car can you use it anyway all hell broke loose so in the end security clamped it, now I no he is fairy old but his job is a class 1 artic driver so drives tips his load reloads etc so he's fit enough to walk 5more meters

I want to do something about it but I don't know what, I'm tempted to throw the charging cable on the bonnet and walk off but I'd prefer the car to get taken away by the council.

What should I do?
phone the council and tell them. they will be more than happy to send a parking fine officer round on a scoot and put a ticket on the windscreen

Quite right. It's still young. By the way, I'm 68 next week.

Car drivers who deliberately block your progress in traffic.

I honestly don't think it happens often, but this morning it was blatant and completely pointless.
