That weekend cost me around £350. Worth every penny though.

Very Happy
Yep similar here, fuel light didn't come on until I hit 156miles. I usually struggle to get 130 on a tank.

Abt 115 before it came on for me, but the big dent in the side of the tank may contribute to that, not sure though as it could also be the sections of flat out riding my bike was doing.

Similar......fuel light came on today after filling up for the ride home on Saturday. Somewhere around the 160 mile mark for me. Not bad for a Hornet

TSM, your tank's only about 10 litres I think, size of that dent I reckon I was getting an average 140 miles to the solid light, that's about 15 litres, so over the weekend... £90 on petrol? That's not so bad. £18 for the camping, about 1/12 of a set of Roadtecs and 1/4 of a minor service, plus food, beer etc. Cheap at twice the price!

we used about £30 of petrol on the way up as we were gunning it a bit and doing 3 figure speeds for a lot of it

and probably a bit less on the way back

with the food, beer and camping probably cost us about £150 ish for the weekend and it was worth every penny

Yeah - thought bikes used less fuel when on one wheel

Jo had to have a new jacket.

Jo had to have new trousers.

Jo had to have new boots.

Then there was the drink, campsite, petrol and food.

Take off the first three and it would have been a damn site cheaper.
