I hope you get that checked out. I had an off in August 2013 that put me off the bike until February 2014 and then was not right. Been off the bike for the past 10 months due to pain from wrist and elbow with the resulting lack of motivation... cue downward spiral

Back on it last weekend after getting a dose of motivation from my riding group and it wasn't too sore.

Get your thumb checked out!

Had a similar lack of motivation last year. I spent nearly 10 months off the bike and it was f*cking hard to get going again.

Good on you Mike for getting out there again

I bust the rim again on my Kysrium K10 so that'll be the third re-rim it needs. So its not getting one and I have a nice new set of these on the way.

Cant fricken wait, its been killing me waiting for the bike shop to ring to say they are in...

She's fine, ripped tights and a grazed/cut knee, proper tough cookie

If you don't get much joy at the doctors I know a very good local physio.

After my off last March, I struggled for motivation, didn't do any big miles. Didn't help having no foreign trips planned either.

But I've been pretty steady over the winter & had loads of fun on my gravel bike, I just need to get some longer rides under my belt.

Hopefully France in September

I have some Halo Mercury RD wheels, which are lightweight for the rim depth, spin up nicely & aren't susceptible to cross winds.

I won't ask how much these cost Fizz, but I like Enve stuff
