Don't take mine or other reponses too seriously, i got the jist of what you meant.
I'm rarely ill, in fact i cant remember the last day i had off sick from work, but when i get ill, it wipes me out, even if it is only a heavy cold. But i usually get a chest infection following something like this. Usually around Christmas. Hence my doc saying have an annual flu jab. The previous 3 winters ive not been ill, since having the jab, so it was working. Hence my gripe I'm not good at being ill
