Cherry brandy might go in mince pies, it's lovely stuff. It's got a nice smell too.

Yesterday I made some kirsch cherries and whisky cherries. Apparently I should wait 3 months before eating them, but it's Christmas soon so 3 weeks will have to do.

no its not it's Drambuie. try splashing some on strawberries with a wee bit sugar and letting it soak in for 12 hours then add cream and enjoy. also goes very well with chrimbo mince pies.

Now, brandy and maple syrup with pancakes is frickin' lovely.

Ennyway- Sainsbury's had Remy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac on offer today for a fiver off.

Needless to say I jumped at the chance.

Remy Martin is gorgeous.

Just sipping it now.

Does this mean I'm going to get the right farkin' 'orn a little later on?
