When I'm on mornings I get up at 4, so eat Ready Brek with fruit and tea, then at work have toast, a pint of milk and 2 x bananas
When I'm on afters, I eat pancakes, and bagels/toast with speadcheese, dried fruit and tea. At the weekends, I have Ready Brek, then a fry up and tea. |

The dead. I eat the dead for breakfast I tell thee.
But mostly I have 40 grams of muesli and 20 grams of cornflakes together with 120 mils of semi skimmed milk. Yes folks I have reached the 'measure it out' stage of life where I attempt to carefully monitor what goes in thus ensuring that I am able to control my weight... ![]()

X2 toast with jam or perhaps some pikelets if the mrs has got any in.
But often a B.E.S.T. on a Friday. http://www.google.co.uk/m/url?ei=1Kh...L2E95zvSySNpMg |

Go back up for a shower. Come back down and juggle getting dressed with buttering the toast and making coffee in my thermacup. I drink and eat in the car on the way to work. |

Bet you curse anyone eating/drinking whilst driving whilst you are out on your bike.
My biggest problem as I said, I need at least an hour after I get up before I can physically stomach anything, even a brew is difficult.

Nothing. If I eat in the morning I get cramps and/or feel sick.
