Hi mate,
nice one.
Mate of mine who lives on The Island said there was over 150 entries for 650/400 race.
Think mine may have been because haven't raced there for so long that don't know what my lap times will be like and also would be hard work doing two bikes in an evening practice,did it before and was hard.

Got my two entries on the ZXR as well! There were 153 entries for one of the races and there were record numbrs applied.

Being doing lots of Mountain sections over TT fortnight and have just about got to the point of having a plan, never mind actually go fast. Only another 30 miles to learn and I'll be ready for first practice....urk

Anyone doing the Southern100?

That's great news.
Apart from watching on board laps,endlessly,I wrote a card for all the corners I could. On the card I wrote which way it went,braking point,peel in,apex,camber etc.
I put all the cards in a folder and get someone to a corner,which I then had to describe to them. Followed by describing the previous & next one,that way I could link corners. Worked for me. Best to learn the slow corners from the fast ones.
Yes I'm 84 on zxr & sv at Southern.

S100 - Cool! I was going to ride our leccy bike but they're running in the ultra lightweight class as well. I thought it was more important to get some time on the ZXR. I'm no 64. Give us a shout when you're over.
