I feel a game of 'lets see how fast we can drain a TL tank' coming on

Ok Texaco in Ruthin for 11 o'clock it is then. Will update my 1st post

I'm not sure whether to bring the SV for this one, poor little thing took a hammering last time trying to keep up with Pete

Do you have a Googlemaps link for where the start point is? I don't know Ruthin very well

Its a good 2hrs 30mins through the peaks (according to google so may be shorter) for me to get to the start point, but that's better than 2hrs on the m1/a42/m42/m6/m5 to the alternative ride start point so this is looking favourable at the minute

Here you go dude: Texaco, Ruthin.

Guessing you'll be coming in on the A494 from Mold direction, so just stay on it and you'll come round to the garage on your left. There's a cafe down the road behind it (Castle Park Cafe) if you get there a bit earlier and want food. If Phil [Electro] joins the ride you'll be stopping there anyway

I'm not around Friday night G, otherwise I'd offer you a bed for the night. Still not sure if I'm on for the ride yet, might have to decide on the day.

Bala would be good for me as I know how to get there quite well. I could wait in the car park on the left just after the bridge as you go into Bala?

What time do you think you will be passing through?

The weather looks ok at the moment, the only thing that will stop me is if the weather changes to rain all day, so I'll keep an eye on it Friday night.

Gutted I cant make this one, just bought a new one piece that needs to be ran in but unfortunately its my one day off between sets of shifts and then i'm back in for 8 days straight.

In the next couple of weeks i'm up for a run out providing I can get permission and we have this heat wave everyone is expecting

Ahh good good you've seen sense and jibbed off those madlander losers that sounds ok to me, say 12 at the latest at the car park?

If its coming down harder by the time we get to Bala, I may change the route and not go so far down south. Cross that bridge if we come to it, which we won't
