I have just over two weeks to sort myself out for this - thought my bike was a little noisier than usual and noticed when I was pushing it into the garage that there was a clicking noise coming from the front sprocket area. Whipped the cover off the front sprocket is more hooked than a hooked thing from Hooksville.
 Have ordered a -1t sprocket (why not I thought!) but need to find some Herculean man to help me get the nut undone - yes I am feeble

I got a long ratchet torque socket tool thingy, which I use if I need lots of leverage, you're welcome to use it mate
