Working weird shift patterns and being on call make it really hard at the best of times…………then when I do have the time I’m so knackered all I want to do is sleep…….

Indeed much like myself really, shouldn't really, but sod it, last outing for me and the T'bird, so be kicking off in about half an hour, although I'm in pain this morning so it'll be a slow run, expect to arrive 12.30-1pm or so.
