Hope I can make this one. |

Re: Rideout 10th June
What's the route then folks? I missed last year's Borders Bash and the map is 404 after the forum move.
I seem to recall a bit of road name change jiggery pokery down them parts - A721 becomes the A70 and then A721 again then A71 sort of thing - so a chance to study a map before Sunday might pay dividends for us 'intermediate' riders |

Re: Rideout 10th June
It was the best rideout ever Tragically, they've now repaired that bridge... The river looks a lot less impressive from road level than it did from the river bed

Back from my wee jaunt to a hot place.. but not gonna make this one, Managed to pick up a nail in the rear tire on the last rideout Found out yesterday when i got home from my holiday and went to go for a blast So the Duke's not moving till it's fixed and the Bandit's needing a new rear tire, going to be an expensive week!
Hope i can make the next one though. |

Re: Rideout 10th June
Not wrong there Tony!!
I may be joined by my brother-in-law plus two of his mates (VFR, R1200S and and R1). They are on a whistle stop weekend tour of Scotland and this would be a nice route back into England for them. They have started this morning in Banbury and are staying tonight in Fort William (they're gonna have sore arses!!), then they want to see Skye tomorrow, so it will depend if they've made it back down to the central belt and ma hoose b4 tomorrow night.
