Country Grain bread or Multiseed Batch loaf , toasted to perfection , thinly smeared with Lurpak Butter ...... a nice Raspberry Jam with seeds in it too and a large Coffee with 2 Sugars .

OK, OK, boiled eggs - runny ones, plenty of salt and fresh white bread toasted with full fat butter and a cup of tea. Sets me up every Sat morning.

eggs benedict
blueberry pancakes...
smoky bacon, egg and cheese toastie...

All the rest sound a bit grim...
fancy some "bruschetta with salmon tartare and roe bubbles"? That's raw salmon with salmon eggs on toast...not something I fancy first thing in the morning!
