Could someone please make a decision on location? If needs be I might be able to head down to Darlington on the Friday afternoon if I know I need to be in that part of the country? I can make a poll if that's OK with people but I don't want to hijack someone elses thread.

Ok guys, are we talking this weekend? Sorry i havent been about the last couple of days but been really busy with work. If we are - Sat or Sun? Once the date is set then we'll sort the venue.
Edit- -Right we're on this weekend looking at a lot of the posts. Just tell me whether itll be Sat or Sun. Possible places - Squires Hawes Hamsterley Forest (Is there a cafe up there?) Anywhere else recommended?? Hartside is gonna be a little too far for more southern members than me. If we can get this sorted by tonight then it'll be all good. Gotta go to work now but will be on about 5ish to see whats been decided. |

At the moment, the weather looks better, but colder for Sunday.

Can only do Sunday. Squires or Hawes both ok with me. If we go for Hawes and anyone wants to meet early at Squires and ride to Hawes from There thats also ok.

Hawes is a lot better for me but the weather over here is terrible at the moment. I'll have to check the weather out at the weekend really. Cold is no problem but ice certainly is.

Ok ive updated the title to say that this will go ahead, weather pending on SUNDAY 21st JANUARY.
Its up to you where we go. It might be a better idea if from now in this thread you confirm whether you will be available to come or not and attach your location to the post (if you havent got it in profiles) and from that i will be able to deduce how many from where etc. Blackfire, dont worry about the party, it wont be first thing anyway as itll be better if we met up around 1ish. That way we get the best part of the day out n about Late shout for Helmsley or ripon? Any better than Hawes? Think Squires may be out unless any from beyond Leeds wish to take a trip up to meet us. |
