Aaah I have long given up with the worry of such stuff , if you knew what I knew about the food industry you would live on sprouts only

Can imagine fairly easy Surprisingly, if you knew what I knew about parasites you wouldn't want to eat any meat, or lettuce and watercress....


But anyway, toast!

I have two big jars of that champagne marmite, and must admit, i crave the normal stuff so much more, yet friends think i love the champ stuff..!

NOPE - There is only one thing for toast (well two actually).

Toast must be a little burnt and then spread a really thick spread of Marmite cover with extra mature cheddar and then grill...........

Add pepper if required.
