I do see what you're saying but as I never hit him (although he failed to give way causing the accident) I felt that nothing could really be gained from reporting it. Other than getting his licence revoked for no insuracne (only been driving 8 months), and while he was to blame it was a bit of a dodgy situation as there was so much gravel on the roundabout. Had there been no gravel I probably would not have fallen off in the first place. Anyway, all sorted now, he's paid me for the damages to my kit and he's in the dog house for borrowing his mum's car without her knowledge. I think he learnt his lesson that day.
