I dont know how the getting a garage system works but meeting near one could work. But may be difficult if people are towing their bikes.

It's first come first serve, so we can't stop people from staying in our garage, but if there are ****e loads of SV's then they'll steer clear...

They fill up from about 07:30...

Car park out back for trailers. Just unload your bike into one of the garages. Sorted.

I'm off work and keen, as is a mate or two of mine so a +3 on this.

Spoke to the girlfriend last night and she is good with leaving ours at about 6.15 so we can get up there for 7.30 and grab a garage and she can then position her car so it make it difficult to get in one side of the garage

There are ****e loads of garage spaces at Silverstone and plenty of power sockets, so 7:30 may be a tad early. At ****er tracks people turn up reallly early as they need power sockets for tyre warmers etc. Silverstone normally isn't as much of an issue.

Especially if you don't mind having a garage far away from the pit exit. In summary the advance guys need power sockets and quick exits from the start of the queue with warm tyres. We don't.

Tbh I am not fussed on where the garage is in relation to the pit exit, just would be nice to have one.

wont be able to do this now (not that i was a definite any way) paying towards car insurance on my mums cage....but i will come down to the pits and say hello (i have a pass)
