thoese leathers are making me feel sick, suzukis real leathers are ok tho.

manxmat, its one of the easiest bikes ive ever riden. soon as i got out on the road i felt at home. im not very big and so it suits me quite well, can get both feet on the floor. my next door neibour who has an r1 looks a little crapped on it. but i find it very comfortable. its got some adjustment in the std pegs too. hth

Cool cool well i'll be changing during the next 12 months once i stop spending all my time and cash in the pub. (Probably after christmas :P).

I'll have to test ride one see how i feel on it, i just don't feel 100% confident now on the sv because my riding has improved and is abit more confident on the road with it. I need better handling and brakes, and just feel rather than upgrading folks etc... on the sv i'll try a different bike.

thats awesome, its an awesome bike and i have no doubt in my mind that i am gonna get a K7 750 when im 24 as until then insurance just looks like its gonna be a joke.

How old are you?? Whats insurance like?

Whats it like with the restriction on???

+1! A restricted 600, i imagine, would actualy be safer than an SV restricted...they have almost no go

but really, I think they would make a great first bike (so long as your aware you dont need to go everywhere at full throttle) because they are light and manouverable, with excellent brakes. Far less muslce required to ride

i turned 19 bout 3 weeks ago,

k9 750 with 3 yr ncb was 900 fully comp.

Its ok to ride with the restriction actually, because its so light its nice. like riding a small bike you have to plan alot more to make sure your in the right gear at right time etc, not tht more power wouldnt be nice.

it revs to 15 000 but above 9000 it does nothing because of the restriction but i can still hit 115 farly easy. (private runway )

went out for a ride with mates, er6 ,bandit 12 , gsxr1000 quite a sprinted ride nothing major and kept up ok so for now its ok. but ive only 3 months to go till i can take the restriction out.
