would it be ok if for instance, i got a form filled it in, and brought people with me( like guest type things) and if they contributed at least a tenner on my for would that be ok??

Ok, I spoke to the very nice lady organising this today, and here's the info I gained.

If you are riding two-up, can you please add the pillions name after yours on the form and mark as pillion.

You can just turn up on the day with a filled in form and your minimum donation, but they really would prefer people to pre-register if at all possible. This is not only to cut down time on the day but also to let Mallory and those providing refreshments at the planned stops know how many to cater for. I did hear free pork pie at Melton Mowbray mentioned!

The problem with bringing guests and just adding their contribution to your form is that the organisers won't know how many you are bringing, or have their bike reg no's, which is how they will log people in. I know it's a faff, but it would be much better if your mates could all have their own forms.
