I got home a while ago, good seeing you all. That was an, errm, interesting (?) meet. My eyes have just about recovered. Although I feel a strange need to go up in the loft and dig out the Christmas fairy lights and wire them into my bike......

Good to see so many tonight! Sorry i had to jet so early, place to be people to see and all that. Hope the guy who crashed is ok and bike isn't too badly damaged.

When my self and davep when for a little play, there was a massive oil spill from a tractor on the way to homes chapel and it started on a large corner, of which as we went around after a warning from a another bike to slow down, there was a lad on a red bike walking it off the road with 2 others and there was a long streak of red on the floor.
Looked like he low sided as he hit the oil, police had pulled the tractor over and we told them to move their car back to the start of the oil about half a mile back to give people a warning. Too late for some, but hope it saved any others! |
