Yeah do it. No-one has asked the question - was it you that nicked the bike (joke)

If the neutral light isnt showing, the thing is in gear, the wiring to the neutral light is in the back of the screen is it not

Should just be a connect everything back up job, just make sure the ignition is off whilst fiddling, then put it all back together, turn her on, try to fire her up.

Question from me...if he connects the kill switch wire back up, could he bump start it....?

Hi Guys,

Just to let you know in case you were interested. I've managed to resolve the problem, fiddled around with a few things, wired it all back together and started it fine once battery had been recharged.

Thanks for all of you who have responded with advice.

Just the wiring correct reds needed to be matched up and there were 2 reds from both ends!
