Here, Fizz, what's he in?
I heard those lads are really tricky to keep. Good luck with him...

Us Tims need to be pampered, fed only the best fresh food, kept nice and warm and allowed to play.

I resist the urge to comment on some of the naughty posts above.I just don't know where these people are coming from

Please to meet you fellow Tim

He's in a specialised Vivarium, its made out of a cloth mesh so he still gets air flow around him, but so that he can't and neither can his food escape. Cloth mesh is better than glass as they don't like and can get startled by their own reflection. They like a quiet place so he's in the spare room as they dont like loud noises etc etc.

He has a UVB light on top to simulate daylight and a seperate light to create heat and provide a basking spot. This gets changed a night to ceramic bulb that only gives out heat.

He seems no trouble at all, apart from hissing at me yesterday when I put some crickets in for him to eat, he has a dripper for a water source and he has plenty of fresh plants and sticks to clamber over and hide in amongst.

He's Liz's pet though she did all the research and made sure he had all the things he needed.
