Only one partial, I'm really surprised I saved it, as was the chap behind me (IAM ride too). Knackered my shoulder doing it though; I was on painkillers for about a week afterwards. Basically occured because I was going a bit fast into a corner strewn with gravel, the back end came loose, slipped out to the side. I eased off the throttle a bit, the wheel found traction again and then the bike proceeded to try to fling me off to the other side. Backside well off the seat (chap behind reckoned at least a foot, but more like a foot and a half), I was still hanging onto both bars, my right foot stamped down and brought me back up.

Hearing some of the "saves" on here, think some of you should try out for England Goalkeeper

Had a near highside coming out of Clearways/Clark Curve, tyre smoking I almost went twice, foot on floor and peg cracked my shin (thanks God for armour), not a happy time but one hell of an experience!

Cos I do, why? Hehe, only joking - I didn't see it (although I'd hope next time I'll be able to feel and hear the revs shoot up, blind panic!). My mate on the MV (I think you met him at Silverstone last year, I know a couple of people did) was behind me - he was more shocked than me especially as he could read SIDI on my sole dragging along the track as I atempted to cling on. I've never been as quick to turn the gas on since!
