Obvioulsy in those situations it would not be a nap, but sleeping off the shift. I was refering to if you are working normal hours.

I agree i normally have an afternoon nap on a sunday while Falc is at work - after all the ridiculously early mornings we do during the week i deserve it

Do you not find the fitter you get the better you sleep and les tired you feel? I tend to.

naps are amazing. i nap all the time.

in fact, i am only briefly on here before going for my nap.

its friday....been on the cider march

I frequently take an afternoon nap, it's usually involuntary and occasionally I fail to get off the train at my stop.

hovis.....im devestated.....local shop near work does not stock kinder eggs.....

this weekend i will mostly be searching for a kinder egg....
