Pete couldn't get into work one day last year because of snow and they were going to give him a disiplinary before he showed them photographs. They obviously didn't take into account the conditions can be very different in just ten miles!
He lost a day's pay, and they wouldn't even let him take it as holiday. They are a bunch of w**kers though!

Had a nice run out today
 Couple of minor flurries and it was trying to rain (or something) as I got home Really hoping they've got the forecast wrong as I'm on another day off tomorrow and want to take advantage of slightly quiet roads

Usual story here, we rarely have snow. We had a few flurries, disappeared within 30 seconds, but it is oh so cold.

All I did was wash up. chat to ma and polish me shoes, when I looked outside and there's a lovely white blanket on the street. AAaaaaaahh!

I was up in the hills on the pushbike, lovely, bright crisp day then I got nicely snowed on all the way home. I love snow...
