Ah bless you thank you! I have tried looking but haven't got an clue what i'm looking for!
Them ones look good! So you think i just need to come forward? I don't need up and forward?? I am quite hunch over having short arms, but the only thought would be if its lifts em up will it make it harder for me to hold the bike up with the bars being higher! Think they might do the job and not expensive either! Good job! |

Not quite sure they would fit though as I have just noticed that the SV risers have a radius on the bottom (half circle) so I think they secure into the top yoke better . I have seen Genmar ones for the Naked that give a bit of extra height and also bring the bars back a bit ........ but they are £88 ....... eeeeeeek

I also suffered from wrist ache. In my case I've tried different techniques in order to keep the weight off my wrists. Apart from adjusting the levers I also found that not clenching the bars but having a relaxed grip helped. I also found that when decelerating by using my stomach muscles and grabbing the tank with my knees I could keep the pressure/weight off my wrists. I know that Stompgrips may not be aesthetically to everyone's liking but I am of the 'form follows function' camp and can honestly say that they are a great bonus in stopping me sliding forward. It requires herculean strength to grip a tank (that is naturally slippery) in order to stop oneself sliding forward. By applying all of the above I can now ride considerable distances without getting wrist ache. Certainly cheaper than buying heli-bars.

![]() I provide them at that price at SV Racing Parts, to forum members, which is under the price on my store, via PayPal. Let me know if that helps, not sure how the exchange is working for you right now, Enjoy the ride, and best regards, Blair |
