Still always a challenge and enjoyable at any speed, and amazing views if you are just bopping along. It is plain rude to avoid it if you are in the area.

I'm heading to Glasgow this afternoon, if i've time i'll go via the Dukes and check it out. I was up the A82 on Sunday and it is horrible, huge sections of supposed resurfacing going on, just means they've scraped off the top smooth layer of tarmac and left a washerboard surface strewn with loose chippings and bomb craters posing as puddles, That road is always wet as well, as is the wibbly wobbly, Thats what happens when you stay in Scotland.

Luckily they have just resurfaced large parts of the Lanark road (A73) which is one of my favs in the car and on the bike. Some of the roads are just shocking though!

yes its a Ducati and no it wont make him jealous. its an old 1996 carbed 750ss that has seen better days. but its a long term project thing .

it belongs to my brother but i get the use of it anytime i want. but hopefully near the end of the year if can get him a cbr600 then the dukes mine.....

Ach well - I dare say it still sounds stupendous.

So - sunday is looking to be the better day weather wise...potentially easier to get the baby sitter for then too...

Next time I have the miss fortune of going to the college I'll take the bike and u can come a run with me....how far away is Kincardine from Livingston?

This is a run with its destination practically right on my doorstep. I'll defo make an appearance on sunday but i'll pick you all up en route. Wouldn't be much of a run if i met you there, probably be a total of about half a mile or so, lol.

excellent - I realise sunday is drawing ever closer - I'll work on baby sitter stuff tomorrow and hopefully we can get a route sorted out.
