well that went quite well.

i thought the manager would not be that helpful and basicly say no,

but, he was quite symperthic(?) he agreed that its not good that im working every weekend, he said he will look into it, i got the feeling he does not want kirsty to have the shift (thats the girl who wants to do my shift) as she has been a bit unreliable in the past, but not for a while, and i think she should be given the chance, i told him

also, the council has just paid for 3 lifegaurds to be quilfied in the gym, so whats the point in getting the quilifed if they are not going to get the chance to work in the gym.

anywho........... he said he has 14 weeks to reply to my request but will reply before that.

im quite confident, about it
