And shop_addict on here runs the one at Archway in North London.

Have you tried evo women? I got some pretty nice racing leathers from there.
They fit curves better than some other brands... robo-man is never a good look

my wife would say all the ladies gear is made for size 8 super models and not the err larger lady

My textiles are from J&S in Bristol. They are plain black, super comfortable, better armour than the £600 suit in HG and fits really well for someone who's 5'3". The jacket is tailored, but sympathetically....not screaming "look at me, I'm a girl" but at the same time, not making you look like a sack. It's also long, so there are no problems there. Jacket and Trousers cost me £160.....less than my Alpine Star boots, but incredibly good quality for an own label make.
Wifey and I went over to J&S at Waterlooville. Very good selection for girly shaped girls. Wifey is unfortunately 5'10" with quite long arms and legs, so none of it fits her! She tends to end up with mens stuff because otherwise the arms on the jackets just aren't long enough (she's got a mens RST jacket at the moment which she loves). I think she secretly yearns for just a splash of pink somewhere, if only to stop her looking like a bloke until she takes her helmet off. She's just read this and agreed - maybe someone should make pink add-ons for jackets!

Regarding sizes, ignore everything and just get what fits. Who cares if it's a 12 not an 8 - womens sizes seem to be entirely made up anyway (I blame camp fashion designers who seem to like their female models to look like young boys). Wifey and I are both size 8 feet and my new Blytz boots are only a size 7 and still have room for thicker socks. Wifey is going to buy a pair too, having tried mine on.
