Suicide by cop seems the better alternative tbh.

Sounds like plod up your way would be happy enough to do it, just to relieve their boredom

I think I might have cycled drunk, I rode into Cardiff city centre on a Friday night to get McDonalds for myself and my similarly ********ed housemate many years ago.

I saw one of those 'POLICE, CRASH!' shows where the guy was drunk and WHEELING his bike along and they just wondered if he was okay and then sent him on his way.

You need a passport and a horse license to enter Durley. Thats why you were stopped.

the way you have to look at it is that 'Drink Driving' and/or Speeding is the offence, how you manage it is immaterial or, we would have seperate licences for points for a car, Bike, Lorry etc.

I'm 100% sure (under Scots Law anyway) that of you commit a motoring offence on a pushbike then it goes on your 'Driving Licence' as that is the penalty for the offence, regardless of what vehicle you are using.

The fact that you don't need a licence to operate a pushbike means that they cannot fine your driving licence... because you don't need one to operate it...

If you cause an accident they can look to take your licence off you (no joke) - I don't agee with this but apparently it does happen. i ride pi$$ed all the time, but in Oxford the push bike is king of the road. i've yet to be done for speeding but have been fined for jumping a red light (on a completely empty junction I mght add, and after stopping to check first).

IF only Im Indoors could read this right now. Thursday night, came home so ratted he couldn't understand why the boiler cupboard door wasn't the door to the toilet.....in the opposite direction.
I had to put his pushbike away, as he was so ratted it would have been put in the fridge or something!

Its a matter of time before he gets nicked for being pie eyed on a push iron

I live in hope
