I have clear stomp grip on my bike.

There are a few small bubbles but being OCD-free I am not too bothered.

There is extra wear on the surface of my leathers - but only on the seams.

How did you like em quiff?

Do they only do them in clear and black? I don't want the clear ones to look minging but I think black'd look weird on my silver bike

Ta quiff

If anyone else has any experience with 'em wouldn't mind hearing, undecided as to whether to risk getting the clears and hoping I won't end up with a bubbly mess or just to settle for the sore thumb version.

I found that the angle of the seat on the Daytona pushes you forward all the time so I decided to give the clear ones a go.

They really do work and I would have them on any of my future bikes (even thinking of fitting them to the KTM).

Braking is less harsh on the arms and fatigue is reduced too.

Hard braking no longer crushes my balls into the tank either

Treat them like a motocross graphic and get them really hot defore you stick them in place.
I held mine ofer the gas hob till I could hardly touch them, lined them up and stuck them on.

If you heat them, it makes them more pliable and you get less air pockets.

I then left them 24 hours before I rode the bike.

Someone at Soho one night commented on how good they looked with no air under them!

Once the grip is put in place and is still warm, run your finger (or a pencil) between the knobblie bits to push out the air.

Heres mine just fitted and before the air was pushed out.

I'll take more pics if anyone needs them.

I've done 2000 miles with mine fitted now and have had no lifting/peeling as yet and still have no air bubbles underneath

**The lines you can see in the pics are the reflection from the french doors**

Re. leathers I reckon it's nearly 20k miles I've used them for. No wear to mine so far. Used them a lot with draggin jeans, they're fine too.

Had clear ones on my thou when i bought it. Didn't notice any difference with them to be honest, but put this down to the riding position of the naked. When one of them constantly kept sliding around and falling off I took the other off and binned them
