I know the killswitch doesn't.. done it before to see. The immobiliser cutting in would have the same effect. I can understand using the clutch would. Sudden change in resistance. Fun fun

I did release the clutch again after slowing a bit and it did lock up a bit before I then pulled the clutch again to coast?

Could the issues have caused a problem with my alternator rectifier?
Apparently the AA reckon that it could be fubared as the battery is not charging? |

More likely that a reg/rec issue is causing problems with your alarm system I would have thought.

I have heard other people say that alarms get funny with an iffy battery - might be worth a new thread to get feedback on that.
