Yep mines all installed in my second bike now as well. Flashing red light hmm that don't sound promising never had that I would assume its a power problem / fault.

You should not see any red light when you turn it on just flashing green till it fixes onto say satellites.

I would update the device with the software make sure the dongle part is well screwed on, check the power to the device with a multimeter and try again.

Tried two ways once being through electric gizmo and direct to battery when I first did it it just flashed red continuously then updated the dongle part and plugged it back in got a quick very brief red flash then nothing.
Ive contacted.seller and inforad lets see what happens. The seller has been very good up till now so cant see a problem replacing it if it is faulty

A guy I know who bought from this seller got a replacement no problems at all so can't see you having any trouble.

Maybe it's just unlucky and a faulty unit, think the guy just sent the dongle part back as he had wired the rest all into the bike
