Rob. I'm probably going to limit the straight to 100-120. I'm certainly not going to hoon down it more than once. It's the corners I'm going for, not the straights. If people pass you on faster bikes then whats the problem?

just got back in from a quick one hour hoon...
in the Dry this time... Those tyres are the dogs gangley pieces.

Wonder if they will have a speed trap. I really would love to know what my bike could do flat out. I think 160 could be reached tbh...

I travel'd back from Ripon on the back roads all the way up to Durham in that Rain storm we had on Tuesday,
A little slippy but they gave plenty of notice so I didn't push too hard. ACE in the DRY...

On the subject of the tyres, will I get away with part/nearly half worn avon storms? I don't go fast and like you say it isn't a race so I'll just be getting acquainted with the bike.
