Well, I took the disco to drop my neighbour into work at Cribbs Causeway this morning. I dropped her off, was driving towards one of the mini roundabouts and stopped waiting to pull off when a man in a hi vis jacket waved at me frantically. I went round the roundabout and back to pull up next to him. He said, "can this think go off road?" I just laughed.....I mean......he had to ask??? He then said, "do you think you can get it up and over a kerb and then down a little hill. We've had to lay a new pip and need to flatten the earthe and rubble before we lay the concrete, but the roller hasn't arrived and we're racing against the rain. He walked over, I followed and up and over I went, onto the rubble and then back and fore, back and fore until it was done.

Brilliant! They clapped...lol. Then the wheels started spinning when I went to go back up the hill, so I backed off a little, told them to stand back, put it in low box, 3rd gear and floored it, bouncing over the kerb at the top.

I felt like a driving GOD and had a beaming grin on my face all the way home

There are going to be some severe ass kickins beig dished out. I LOVE that Hovis said that......lol. The bastid.....I said that to him at AR08 during our deep and meaningful. He was getting all emotional because I was telling him that people weren't just friends with him because we were humouring him or tolerating him, but because people actually genuinely liked him.

He went to give me a hug and I said, "feck off....you smell of wee and I'm only talking to you because you cried and I feel obliged to stay". That was followed by much laughter and a big cuddle and I'm gonna have him for stealing my line...lol
