I think it's the track that dictates whether they accept restricted licences, and Mallory is one that does

Obviously it's more risky booking early, but you might wanna check how many places are left (in novices at least) for the 28th. When I spoke to them some weeks ago they said it was about half full, and since then about 10 orgers have booked
