Well i've emailed him to ask what he'd do on a 15000 mile service so it'll be interesting to see what reply i get.

Did you mention that's the service interval with the valve clearances?
Don't want them not knowing and not doing it (or quoting for it).

he said about £100 for valve clearance when i mentioned it the other day. less if they doesn't need adjusting.

If you do get it done by them and they are indeed possibly dodgy, ask them what the gaps were when measured.

Not good at Riverside methinks! Doubtless time will tell eh!

By all means pop in, & don't worry about your bike being purple, we're not fussy, (& can work in dark glasses). Anyway, you should see the Virago that's here, Tarts handbag or what!
