It's an electronic cigarette. It doesn't burn anything, it just vaporizez water & pure nicotine and you inhale that... Has no smell whatsoever, but you get the vapor and it feels very close to smoking (not the same taste by far, but..)
It's far more healthy then normal cigs, as you only get nicotine, which by itself only has a minor effect on the circulatory system (but does not cause any more serious damage)..

Should've said "far less unhealthy", as it's not exactly healthy either..

I am trying to arrange some life cover - the effect of admitting to having a few ciggies every now and then is dramatic.

It increased the premium by 30%

heh.. that would be "the lengths people go NOT to quit".. basically, I would go through a lung transfer just to be able to smoke more...

well done everyone!!! I quit well over a year ago now and never looked back.

I know I have mentioned this a few times but there is a book called "the easy way" by Allen Carr and it is the most amazing book for anyone trying to stop smoking and has an amazing success rate. I quit after reading it and had no cravings at all.

Nothing to do with him

http://www.allencarrseasyway.com/

If you also believe in celebrity endorsements then he has several, Antony Hopkins, Richard Branson and these are people who have tried his methods not simply giving money to a product.
