Also----Get some advice on the Disability Discrimination Act before demanding anything from your employer.They do have to make "reasonable adjustments" for you but only if you fit into the legal definition of disabled.From memory I think that is a condition that affects your ability to function normally that is long term.Long term is defined as a year or more.
