That's a good price! I paid £250 for the pair for the Triumph about 3 weeks ago? They only worked out about £20 cheaper than the EBC!

and how do Black Shadow relate to my post about Armstrong vs EBC vs OEM prices? FYI Black Shadow do not make discs for the VFR, being a small outfit they do them for the most common models only.

Dave Numbers, I'd appreciate it if you can let me know where you are getting the Armstrong discs from when you have a chance?

Paul:- no armstrong don't sell direct to the public, you need a dealer or website.

Ordered them through a local dealer, £240 the set. Sure I've seen them on the net cheaper but that'd be +p&p and I wouldn't have his independent help in case of a warranty issue.

Although checking paul's link that's a similar price to non wavy (I wouldn't be concerned) EBCs using his discount.

Thanks Dave. Seeing as Armstrong are only a tenner less than OEM I think I'll be getting them. Bally expensive when things like this needs doing! At least pads are only £19 a pair for OEM sintered pads.

Ah ****, my discs look knackered. The buttons have worn away the centre alloy so they are mega lose. I knew they were lose but they have really been working hard

Dont get EBC disc's, 23k miles and 2 years and knackered!

Dave, what shop you order those discs from?
