I was prepared for a flashy tabbard, camera pointing at me and white PanEuro at THAT bend just south of Lix Toll too. But no.....

My highs and lows:

Lows:

1. Indy Photo almost missing the turning into the campsite, leaving me going "wtf?" and having to paddle the bike back to make the turn

2. the gravel fecking car park.

3. Finding out my tent-mate had come off on the way down.

4. midges

5. the left hand bend with the light up chevrons...nasty

Highs

1. finding out I still had a tent to sleep in!

2. appollo - maker of ace cups of tea

3. fun and banter

4. dismantling sally's tent while he was still in it... sorry mate!

5. meeting many really good people

I'm sure many more will spring to mind, just now right now!

Oh aye.. forgot about that one. As we approached I thought "This must be bad if the've put up fancy LED arrows"

and it was, it also fecked me up for the right hander after it.

Lows:
1. Midges at Falls of Falloch while trying to put a tent up...just don't bother.

2. Hearing Cumfy came off before he'd even got to the campsite.

3. Tent ended up being pitched on rocks at Beinglas and waking up with bruises...

4. The death on the hill RIP Mr Walker Man.

5. Not being able to ride on my own SV.

Highs:
1. Meeting more new folk and seeing the Scot orgers for the annual hug sesh

2. The Kinlochleven loop that knackered our tyres just that little bit more...trying to keep up with the mad welshman...

3. Coming down from the adrenaline rush after the loop and the pins and needles from holding onto the madly vibrating grab rail...which i deliberately don't do normally...

4. Watching SpeedyClaire trying to pile a ton of Labrador onto her lap after seeing Ralph do it.

5. Hearing Quiff had fallen fast asleep at some early hour in the night, blesh 'im...

6. Skye.

7. Skye.

8. Skye...yes I know it doesn't count but still. Skye

There will be more but I can't be ar5ed typing and thinking of 'em...

The highs
watching Northy become impatient turning into the campsite only to find out we had all stoppped because there was a second car coming over the bridge.

Having all you lot listen to me at the one time and no public pi$$ taking!!

Meeting Iain a work colleague on the hill and creating more work for me when I got back to my desk

Reading the thread and knowing that you all had a cracking time

The Lows
Rip Frank
the ache in my arms and shoulders 2 days later
the midge bites that are now just starting to itch
it was only one day/one weekend
certain people not making it - GP, Lily and Drew, Bibio,
