One thing that i will add to this is, it don't take much to swap between the two options! just turn the key and pop the cowl off, and use the large space that is now there to grab onto whilst putting on the paddock!
Then pop the cowl back on.

Simples!

I only remove my seat cowl when 2 up.
Much prefer it on.

bike looks carp with the stock seat and grab rail on, seat cowl and blankers are much better

Not really worth it IMHO ,rather spend the money on a few bottles of ale

not necessarily, im able to sit further back with the seat cowl on rather than the seat so prefer to have the seat cowl on.

also theres no harm in making "my" bike look good "to me" you have done the same just with gaffer tape zip ties and matt black paint

Looks nicer, oh and get a tail tidy too makes the rear end much better looking IMH
