What is a Fluffer ?

I so wish I'd seen this thread earlier. There's nothing like a good fluffing...

I always overdo it when I visit Scotland, Haggis Supper one night, Pizza supper the next, fry it all dammit! I'd fry the Irn Bru still in the bottle if I could...
