no you clear as long as you dont make a deliberate manover to get past a car/cars infont of you by entering the inside lane to move back across the carrageway once passed, tbh undertaking when done illegally is really easy to see, compared to someone who's "just got lucky" with the traffic congestion

I see undertaking as passing someone on the left, then pull straight back into the lane they are in.

I often pass idiots sat in the outside or middle lane on the left... the difference is that I'm already in the lane to their left, and it's always clear for a very long way.

The 4 lane part of the M1 from 24 to 28 is bad for this, people just dont have lane discipline in this country

I figure cruise control at 85 is relatively safe, sat nav says 80 at that speed. Vans are relatively easy to spot but they do use some unusual unmarked cars on the M40 which is always a worry lol.
