Lovely day today. Got the lawns mowed in the morning, had a 60 mile bimble round West Sussex with MrsDJF and her dad (who hasn't washed Gladys since our green-laning last year - savage!) in the afternoon. It was such a nice day, MrsDJF's Monster started first time and didn't stall once. I was still wearing all the liners in my gear though, so got a little warm in the sunshine!

Dragged the hornet out the shed, the dead flies on it had gone mouldy. Remembered quite quickly why i don't ride it much. It's a bit dull, so i'm going to chop it in for something with a bit of soul.

Total bliss, zapping all around country lanes, even though dad and I got lost approx 5 miles from where I grew I, DJ never realised how close to home we were, he thinks we were telling fibs! When I don't ride Monster my logical brain says I should get a reliable Japanese bike, but once I start her up me heart screams MONSTER RULES. It was truly a lovely ride, especially once we realized that we were late and had totally race to try and get to pick up youngest on time, only 20 mins late.
