I would imagine they would be looking at it a bit quicker than that. It's come out of their show room and you would think they would at the very least diagnose it?

Very different in the car trade .
Takes me about 1hr for most diagnosis that don't put on light.
Less when They do (5mins.)

If it was me, i'd be contacting them again, the least they could do is spend half hour investigating the problem that day/next day, and get back to you, normally you could book a bike in for something to be done in 1-2weeks ahead of the time easy, no reason why yours should take any longer, if they haven't begun to sort it after 2 weeks then step it up with legal action and press to get your money back one way or another. You've got to give them reasonable time to investigate/fix the problem but after that then there's no point being the nice customer anymore.

Oh and £198 pound for the cleaning 4 hrs labour and a re map to K and N and open cans !

Crap fuel would not cause issues when hot, IMO.

I cant be certain. And what with the tanker strike ,and all the goo it mixes up at the station . I'm going to have to take it on the chin.
Plus side ecm re mapped .
Lots nicer can do 25mph in 2 now.
