Thats definately one of the inline 4 minus points there, sound, way the engine behaves, had 2 inline 4`s in the past and simply prefer v twin, big ones sound even better!

What do you ride?

'cos if it's that thing in your avatar, the best I can say about that is that it matches your f-cking curtains.

Don't see any Ducati's in there. Have you had bad experiences with the ones you've owned or ridden? It's just that there are 3 or 4 total gobsh!tes on here that think anyone who buys a new bike or rides a Harley/Ducati/BMW is a rich idiot/poser. The same 3 or 4 that think anyone that buys a new car is a fool, anyone that owns property must be a c-nt and that because they're losers, everyone else should be. And they probably think that anyone who can spell must be proper posh.

Which Ducati's have you had all the problems with? Had you done a lot of mileage on them? Did you have them dealer serviced? Buy them new?

no only going from all the problems that people i know and know of have had eg rear wheel and hubs breaking up and wireing harness that have gone up in smoke, and that dry clutch that in some case's makes it very difficult in town, and dont they need new cam belts every 18 months and mustn't be left in one place over winter for fear off the belt getting a kink in it!!!!,so how much fact is there in the above since you own one,i personally like bikes that can be ridden fast or slow,(mostly fast)that are very reliable ie change oil, filters and plugs and occasionally check the tyre pressures and just ride them with out having the need to touch much else for years for say 50 to 100k,with maybe the need for brake shoes and rubber here and there, with no dealer intervention needed
